Welding fume extractors

The variety of gases, smoke and dust released during welding and plasma cutting are extracted via extraction arms or hoods and filtered in the cartridge dust filter unit.
Spot air extraction by extraction arms directly at the point of production is the most efficient and economic solution. This is easily solved with mobile welding fume extractors. However, this solution is difficult to apply to large welded pieces.

In these cases, we generate an upward airflow using high-performance fixed installation flue-gas extraction units and appropriately designed and placed air ducts installed in the production hall.

Filtered air is sometimes emitted into the air, but usually they are recirculated to the work space.
